First, you have to decrease or stop your drinking alcohol or smoking habits because they are the main cause which makes you get the high blood pressure. As we know that both alcohol and cigarette are unhealthy since they contain a lot of bad substances on them, so you have to decrease it if you do not want to get high blood pressure.
Second, control your stress because stressful life can affect to your health. If you often get a high pressure in works or any activity in your life, try to maintain it by doing yoga or sports activities as they can reduce your stress.
Finally, try to change your daily meal with the healthy one because when you have a lot of bad fat in your body, you will get high blood pressure easier. Oatmeal or salad or juice is better for the replacement of junk food or fast food.
Those efforts in preventing high blood pressure are worth to do as it will not only prevent you from hypertension, but it also makes you healthier every day.
