Osteoporosis happens when the density of the bone mineral is decreased and it can also create fracture. The disease commonly happens to woman who has passed their menopause. Just because most of osteoporosis cases are happened to elderly women doesn’t mean that the youngster can’t get the same disease too. The difference between normal people and those who suffer osteoporosis is that normal people have stronger bones when the ones with osteoporosis have fragile bones that can easily lead to fractures. The fractures caused by osteoporosis can only be controlled by a surgery. The fractures don’t only harm the bones, it can also create serious problem like attacking deep vein thrombosis. Never underestimate osteoporosis because aside from it makes you look weak, it also can lead to mortality. That’s why we should know all about osteoporosis and how to avoid it as long as we can.

Don’t waste our time at young age just to lay in bed all the time or playing computer games without doing any exercise. Love your body and keep working out to train your muscles and also to activate the bone mineral production. Always remember that exercise is an investment for our old days. Also remember to eat healthy foods to support your exercise program from inside your body. Aside from the fractures, osteoporosis can also split one bone to another. Osteoporosis is dangerous but we can prevent it if we have the initiation, that’s all about osteoporosis that we all should know.
