If  you are wondering if your skin is not that radiant looking skin, then, it is time that you check how you wash your face. When you are younger, grabbing a towel and any soap is just fine but when you reach adolescent and older, it is now time that you check how you wash your face.

For healthy looking skin, here are some ways how to wash your face.

Before start washing your face, it is important that you tie your hair or use a headband. Then, wash your hands completely. Washing hands is important since germs and oils can be transferred to the surface of your skin.
Majority of people are advised to wash in the morning and in the evening. But if you are suffering from extreme oiliness, it is highly suggested that you also wash your face in the afternoon. Though, this can be a big hassle especially if you are wearing day make-up.
If you are working out in the gym or had extreme sweat during the day, you may want to wash again with clean water. However, do not rub any towel when you are sweating.
In washing your face, use a gentle cleanser to avoid irritating your skin. Use without fragrance free cleansers to avoid further irritation.
As you wash your face, it is recommended that you use warm water. But never use hot water since it can lead to skin dryness. Wash your face with warm water followed by cool water. Cool water can aid in closing your pores.
Choose products that are meant for the face. You can use soap for the body but do not use them in your face. For better results, use facial cleansers that are right for your skin type. If you have acne prone skin, then choose gentle cleansers that work as antiseptic wash.
